1. Introduction and acceptance

Glance (“Glance”, “we”, “us”) is a macOS application and related online services operated by an independent developer at mcreator.ai. These Terms govern your use of the Glance app, the website at https://glance.mcreator.ai, the Glance account service, and the cloud AI Widgets (together, the “Service”).

By downloading Glance, creating an account, purchasing Glance Pro or credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian), that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Glance is an image and video viewer for macOS. You can view, browse and compare images and video, capture frames and screenshots, process files locally with built-in tools, and send selected media to cloud AI Widgets that return a modified result (for example upscaling, outpainting or background removal). Glance is a digital product: the app is delivered by download, and Pro features and credits are delivered immediately after a confirmed payment.

Cloud AI Widgets rely on third-party processing services, including AI workflows hosted on RunningHub and image hosting on Freeimage.host, as described on the AI Widgets page. Their availability can affect the Service.

3. Accounts

Viewing, compare, capture and the trial work without an account. Cloud Widgets and purchases require an account, created with Google sign-in or an email verification code. Keep your sign-in method secure, keep your email address current, and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, trial and credits

• Free. Viewing images and video, compare, capture (including saving and copying the capture), image text recognition and copying, and cloud AI Widgets paid with credits. Free forever.
• Trial. A 14-day trial of all local features starts on first launch. It requires no account or payment method and never converts into a charge. Each Mac and each account receives one trial.
• Glance Pro. A one-time purchase that unlocks the local toolbox (conversion, compression, export and image copying, editing, Base64 and future local tools) on up to 2 Macs per account, with 12 months of feature updates and a one-time bonus of 100 credits. Cloud AI Widgets are not included in Pro.
• Feature-update renewal. After the update period, versions released during it keep working. You may optionally buy another 12 months of updates, counted from the payment date.
• Credits. Credits pay for cloud AI Widget runs at the per-run price shown in the app and on the AI Widgets page. New accounts receive 100 credits once; the new-account bonus is also limited to once per Mac. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account exists.

Current prices are listed on the Pricing page. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change never affects an order you already paid for or a task already accepted.

5. Billing and payment

Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. Glance has no subscriptions and never charges you automatically. By completing checkout you authorize the amount shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Pancake by Waffo, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for Glance orders, collects payment and handles applicable sales taxes. Prices are shown tax-inclusive. CNY orders are paid with WeChat Pay; USD orders can be paid with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or WeChat Pay. We never receive or store your full card details.

A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms it to our server. Returning from the checkout page alone does not complete a purchase. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, do not pay again; contact us with your order number.

6. Credit charges for AI Widgets

• Credits are deducted when our server accepts a task.
• Credits are refunded in full automatically if the task fails on our side, exceeds 3 processing attempts, waits more than 30 minutes in the queue, or is cancelled by you before processing starts.
• Cancelling a task after processing has started is not refunded.
• A result you are unhappy with is not automatically refunded. Contact us and we will review it.
• If the price of a Widget changes, you are asked to confirm the new price before anything is charged.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: Glance Pro and update renewals are refundable in full within 14 days; credit packs are refundable in full within 14 days if none of their credits have been used. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

8. Licence and devices

Glance Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pro features on up to 2 Macs signed in to your account at the same time. You may release a Mac yourself up to 3 times in any 30 days. Pro keeps working offline for up to 30 days. You may not share, resell or sublicense your licence or account.

9. Your content and AI output

Files you open in Glance stay on your Mac. When you run a cloud Widget, you grant us a limited licence to transmit, store and process the selected media only to provide that Widget and its result. We do not use your media to train AI models. You own the results you create, to the extent the law allows, and you are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

AI output may be inaccurate, may differ from the original, and is generated or modified by AI. Review it before relying on or publishing it, and do not present it as unedited when that would mislead others.

10. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It prohibits, among other things, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or sexualized imagery of real people, deepfakes and impersonation, removing watermarks or copyright marks from content you do not own, and any illegal use.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, remove content, cancel pending tasks and forfeit credits obtained through abuse if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, commit fraud, file chargebacks for valid charges, or if the law requires it. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund unused credits and, within the refund window, Pro. You may stop using Glance at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]; unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted at your request unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or accuracy of AI output. Beta versions may contain bugs; keep backups of important files.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

14. Billing disputes and governing law

If you think a charge is wrong, contact [email protected] before disputing it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of residence, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page and, where we have your email, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

下载 Glance、创建账户、购买 Glance Pro 或点数、或以其他方式使用服务，即表示你确认已年满 18 周岁（或已获得监护人许可），并已阅读和同意本条款、隐私政策、退款政策和可接受使用政策。如不同意，请勿使用服务。

2. 服务说明

Glance 是 macOS 上的看图看视频工具。你可以查看、浏览和对比图片与视频，截取画面和截图，用内置工具在本地处理文件，并把选中的媒体交给云端 AI Widget 处理后返回结果（例如高清放大、智能扩图、背景分离）。Glance 是数字产品：应用通过下载交付，Pro 功能与点数在付款确认后立即交付。

云端 AI Widget 依赖第三方处理服务，包括 RunningHub 托管的 AI 工作流和 Freeimage.host 图床，详见 AI Widget 页面。这些服务的可用性会影响本服务。

3. 账户

查看、对比、截图和试用都不需要账户。云端 Widget 和购买需要账户，可通过 Google 登录或邮箱验证码创建。请妥善保管登录方式并保持邮箱有效；如发现未经授权的使用，请发邮件到 [email protected]。你需要对账户下的活动负责。

4. 版本、试用与点数

• 免费版：查看图片与视频、对比、截图（包括保存和复制截图）、图片文字识别与复制，以及用点数运行云端 AI Widget。永久免费。
• 试用：首次启动即开始 14 天全部本地功能试用，不需要账户或支付方式，到期不会产生任何扣费。每台 Mac、每个账户各一次。
• Glance Pro：一次买断，解锁本地工具箱（格式转换、压缩、导出与复制图片、编辑、Base64 及以后新增的本地工具），同一账户最多 2 台 Mac，含 12 个月功能更新，并一次性赠送 100 点。云端 AI Widget 不包含在 Pro 内。
• 功能更新续购：更新期结束后，更新期内发布的版本继续可用。你可以自愿续购 12 个月更新，从付款当天起算。
• 点数：点数用于支付云端 AI Widget，每次价格以应用内和 AI Widget 页面显示为准。新账户一次性赠送 100 点，且每台 Mac 只发放一次。点数不可兑现、不可转让，账户存续期间不会过期。

当前价格见价格页。我们可能调整之后购买的价格；价格调整不影响你已付款的订单或已被接受的任务。

5. 账单与付款

每次购买都是一次性付款。Glance 没有订阅，也不会自动扣款。完成结账即表示你授权支付结账页显示的金额。

付款由 Pancake by Waffo 处理。它作为 Glance 订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record）和经销方，负责收款并处理相关销售税费。价格均为含税价。人民币订单使用微信支付；美元订单可用 Visa、Mastercard、Apple Pay、Google Pay 或微信支付。我们不会接收或保存你的完整银行卡信息。

只有在支付渠道向我们的服务器确认后，购买才算完成；仅从收银台返回并不代表付款成功。如不确定是否付款成功，请不要重复支付，带上订单号联系我们。

6. AI Widget 扣点规则

• 任务被服务端接受时扣点。
• 以下情况自动全额退点：系统原因失败、超过 3 次处理尝试、排队超过 30 分钟、或你在开始处理前取消。
• 任务开始处理后由你主动取消，不退点。
• 对结果不满意不会自动退点，请联系我们，我们会人工审核。
• Widget 价格变化时，扣点前会请你确认新价格。

7. 退款

退款依照退款政策执行。简要来说：Glance Pro 与功能更新续购在 14 天内可全额退款；点数充值包在 14 天内且完全未使用时可全额退款。你所在地法律赋予的消费者权利不受影响。

8. 授权与设备

Glance Pro 授予你个人的、不可转让的使用许可，可在同一账户登录的最多 2 台 Mac 上同时使用 Pro 功能。你可以自行释放设备，每 30 天最多 3 次。离线时 Pro 最多可继续使用 30 天。不得共享、转售或再许可你的授权或账户。

9. 你的内容与 AI 结果

你在 Glance 中打开的文件保留在你的 Mac 上。当你运行云端 Widget 时，你授予我们有限许可，仅为提供该 Widget 及其结果而传输、存储和处理所选媒体。我们不会用你的素材训练 AI 模型。在法律允许的范围内，你拥有自己生成的结果，并需确保对上传的所有内容拥有相应权利。

AI 结果可能不准确、可能与原图存在差异，并由 AI 生成或修改。使用或发布前请自行检查；在可能误导他人的场合，不得将其当作未经修改的原始内容。

10. 可接受使用

你必须遵守可接受使用政策。该政策禁止包括但不限于：涉及未成年人的性内容、未经同意或性化的真人图像、深度伪造与冒充他人、去除不属于你的内容上的水印或版权标识，以及任何违法用途。

11. 暂停与终止

如你严重违反本条款或可接受使用政策、存在欺诈、对有效扣款发起拒付，或依法需要，我们可以暂停或终止账户、删除内容、取消待处理任务，并收回通过滥用获得的点数。如因你违约以外的原因终止你的账户，我们会退还未使用的点数，并在退款期内退还 Pro。你可以随时停止使用 Glance，并发邮件到 [email protected] 要求删除账户；除法律另有规定外，应你要求删除账户时，未使用的点数一并作废。

12. 免责声明

服务按「现状」和「现有」提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性、服务不中断或 AI 结果的准确性作任何保证。内测版本可能存在缺陷，请备份重要文件。

13. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接、附带、后果性或惩罚性损失，以及数据或利润损失承担责任。对任何索赔，我们的总责任以你在引发索赔事件前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。

14. 账单争议与适用法律

如认为扣款有误，请在向银行发起争议前先联系 [email protected]。我们会在 2 个工作日内回复，并在 5 个工作日内纠正确认的账单错误。本条款适用运营者居住地的法律，但不影响你所在地强制性的消费者保护规定。发生争议时，我们会先尝试友好协商解决。

15. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款。重大变更会在本页公布，并在有你邮箱的情况下，至少提前 14 天发邮件通知。生效后继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。
